Creating digital art

I draw with an Apple Pencil (2nd edition) and iPad Air, using Procreate .

Some tips:

• Flip your canvas horizontally often when drawing people. You’ll immediately realize if there are symmetry errors.
• The real world is much less saturated than you might think.
• Directly illuminated areas and shadowed areas tend to be desaturated. Saturation usually occurs in partially lit regions and at the edges of shadows.
• Use a high DPI (600) if you plan on printing your work.
