Longevity
Longevity-related things I do:
- Intermittent fasting: I eat lunch around 12 and dinner around 6, and don’t eat anything for the rest of the day (no breakfast or snacks). Turns out you don’t need as much food as most people eat. This seems to help my level of focus, although more experiments are needed.
- Air purification: I have the Blueair 411 Auto running continuously. The air quality where I live is fairly good most of the time, but it’s helpful especially for dust.
- Sunscreen and avoiding UV: I don’t go outside between 10am and 4pm most days, which is when the UV index is highest. If I have to go outside, I use mineral sunscreen and a wide sunhat. This has significantly improved my skin over the last few months.
